Richmond Fix

To make the honey syrup, simply take equal parts water and honey and gently heat them in a saucepan until the honey melts into the water.

Ingredients

• 50ml / 1 1/3 fl oz Premium vodka
• 10ml / 1/3 fl oz Honey 1:1 syrup
• 1 Dash of Habanero Bitters
• Top with East Imperial Royal Botanic Tonic
• Cucumber slice

Method

1. Take a highball glass and combine Vodka, honey syrup and bitters
2. Pack with quality ice and top with East Imperial Royal Botanic Tonic
3. Garnish with a long slice of cucumber down the length of the glass
