Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 40ml / 1 ⅓ Oz Mezcal Espadin
- 10ml / ⅓ Oz Bianco Vermouth
- East Imperial Yuzu Lemonade
- Dash of Chocolate Bitters
- Cinnamon Quill
- Lime Zest
Method
- Add mezcal, vermouth, bitters and East Imperial Yuzu Lemonade to a rocks glass
- Pack with large cubed ice and garnish with a lime zest and a cinnamon quill
