INGREDIENTS
  • 40ml / 1 ⅓ oz Islay Single Malt Whisky
  • 10ml / ⅓ oz I.P.A. Syrup*
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters
  • Topped with East Imperial Grapefruit Soda
GARNISH
  • Fresh Lime Zest
METHOD

Add whiskey, I.P.A. syrup, bitters and Grapefruit Soda to a chilled highball glass, pack with cubed ice and garnish with lime zest.
