Santiago Sling

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/6 oz. Blanco / White Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/6 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1/12 oz. Talisker Whiskey
  • East Imperial Tonic Water
GARNISH
  • Lime Wheel
  • Lemongrass
METHOD

Add rum, grapefruit juice, Maraschino Liqueur and whiskey to a shaker tin, fill with ice and shake hard. With a fine strainer, strain into a chilled highball glass packed with ice and top with East Imperial Tonic Water. Garnish with a lime wheel and a lemongrass shoot.
