Morning Glory Fizz

INGREDIENTS
  • 50ml / 1 ¾ oz Premium Bourbon/Blended Scotch
  • 20ml / ⅔ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 10ml / ⅓ oz Aquafaba (Chickpea brine)
  • Dash of Angostura bitters
  • Dash of Absinthe
  • Topped with East Imperial Soda Water
GARNISH
  • Large Orange Zest
METHOD

Add all ingredients except for soda water to a shaker tin, dry shake, pack with cubed ice, and then hard shake for 10-15 seconds. Fine strain into chilled highball and top with soda water. Garnish with a large orange zest.
