Zaza Highball

Ingredients

• 50ml / 1 1/3 oz. Old Tom gin
• 15ml / 1/2 oz. Mango honey
• Dash of Peychaud Bitters
• Top with East Imperial Yuzu Tonic
• Slice of orange
• Seasonal berries

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a chilled highball glass
2. Pack with quality ice and top with East Imperial Yuzu Tonic
3. Garnish with a slice of orange and seasonal berries
