The Kraken

Ingredients

• 15ml / 1/2 oz. Spiced rum
• 10ml / 1/3 oz. Lime juice
• 1 dash Black walnut bitters
• Top with East Imperial Mombasa Ginger Beer
• Lime wheel
• Orange zest

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a tall glass
2. Pack with ice and top with East Imperial Mombasa Ginger Beer
3. Garnish with a lime wheel and orange zest
