Ingredients

• 1 3/4 oz. London dry gin
• East Imperial Tonic Water
• Star anise
• Orange zest with pith removed

Method

1. Build gin and tonic in a chilled, ice packed tall glass
2. Add a couple of star anise to the top and stir gently, finish with an orange zest down the length of the glass
