Plum & honey Cobbler
Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 30ml Umeshu/Plum Wine
- 10ml Liquid Honey
- 10ml Lime Juice
- Topped with East Imperial Light Tonic Water
- Angostura bitters
- Orange zest
Method
- Add all ingredients, apart from the Tonic to a highball glass
- Pack with crushed ice
- Top with East imperial Light Tonic Water
- Garnish with fresh Orange zest & a few dashes of Angostura bitters
