Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 50ml / 1 ¾ Oz Tequila Reposado
- 15ml / ½ Oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- Dash Peychaud Bitters
- Topped with East Imperial Yuzu Tonic
- Garnished with Fresh Lime Slices
- Fresh Lime Slices
Method
- Add Tequila, fresh pineapple juice & Peychaud Bitters to a shaker tin
- Pack with ice and hard shake for 5-7 seconds
- Fine strain into chilled rocks glass and garnish with fresh lime slices
