Murphy's Mule
Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 50ml / 1 1/3 fl oz Blended whisky
- 5ml / 1/6 oz. Creme de Apricot
- 7.5 ml / 1/4 oz. Lime juice
- 1 Dash Boston Bitters
- Top with East Imperial Mombasa Ginger Beer
- Ruby Red Grapefruit slice
Method
- Add whiskey, Creme de Apricot and lime juice to a chilled tall glass
- Add a dash of Boston Bitters and pack with quality ice
- Then top with East Imperial Mombasa Ginger Beer
- Garnish with a slice of fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit
