Mid-West Fix

Ingredients

• 40ml / 1 1/3 oz. Rye whiskey
• 10ml / 1/3 oz. Lime juice
• 7.5ml / 1/4 oz. Orgeat
• Top with East Imperial Grapefruit Soda
• Lime coin
• Coffee beans

Method

1. Add whiskey, limes juice and Orgeat to a shaker tin
2. Pack with ice and shake hard
3. Strain into a chilled lowball glass with a fine strainer over quality ice
4. Top with East Imperial Grapefruit Soda and garnish with a lime coin and coffee beans
