Zaza Spritz

Ingredients

• 15ml / 1/2 oz. Old Tom gin
• 10ml / 1/3 oz. Monin mango syrup
• 1x barspoon of honey
• Top with East Imperial Yuzu Tonic
• Ruby Red grapefruit slice

Method

1. Add gin, mango syrup and honey to a chilled wine glass
2. Pack with ice and add the East Imperial Yuzu Tonic and one barspoon of honey then gently stir
3. Pack with ice and give a quick stir with a barspoon
4. Garnish with a large slice of Ruby Red grapefruit
