Weber Fizz

INGREDIENTS
  • 50ml / 1 ¾ Oz Tequila Blanco
  • 20ml / ⅔ Oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 20ml / ⅔ Oz Pineapple Juice
  • 10ml / ⅓ Oz Agave Nectar
  • Dash of Celery Bitters
  • 10ml / ⅓ Oz Aquafaba
  • Topped with East Imperial Soda Water
GARNISH
  • Lemon Coin
METHOD

Add all ingredients, except soda water to a shaker tin, dry shake hard, pack with ice and shake again for around 10-12 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled highball glass and top with soda, then garnish with a lemon coin.
