Murphy's Mule Cocktail by East Imperial
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/3 oz. Blended whisky
  • 1/6 oz. Creme de Apricot
  • 1/4 oz. Lime juice
  • 1 Dash Boston Bitters
  • East Imperial Mombasa Ginger Beer
GARNISH
  • Ruby Red Grapefruit slice
METHOD

Add whiskey, Creme de Apricot and lime juice to a chilled tall glass. Add a dash of Boston Bitters and pack with quality ice, then top with East Imperial Mombasa Ginger Beer. Garnish with a slice of fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit.
