Mole Punch Cocktail Recipe

INGREDIENTS
  • 40ml / 1 ⅓ Oz Mezcal Espadin
  • 10ml / ⅓ Oz Bianco Vermouth
  • East Imperial Yuzu Lemonade
  • Dash of Chocolate Bitters

GARNISH
  • Cinnamon Quill
  • Lime Zest
METHOD

Add mezcal, vermouth, bitters and East Imperial Yuzu Lemonade to a rocks glass, pack with large cubed ice and garnish with a lime zest and a cinnamon quill.
