Lazarus Lowball

INGREDIENTS
  • 50ml / 1 ¾ Oz Tequila Blanco
  • 10ml / ⅓ Oz Creme de Cassis
  • 10ml / ⅓ Oz fresh Lime Juice
  • 150ml / 5 Oz Mombasa Ginger Beer
GARNISH
  • Fresh Lime Slices and Ginger Slither
METHOD

Add Tequila, Creme de Cassis & fresh lime to a shaker tin, pack with cubed ice and shake hard for 5-7 seconds. Fine strain into rocks glass and garnish with lime and ginger.
