Ingredients

• 50ml / 1 ¾ Oz Anejo Tequila
• Dash of Chocolate bitters
• Topped with East Imperial Thai Dry Ginger Ale
• Lime Coin

Method

1. Add Tequila & chocolate bitters to a mixing glass
2. Pack with cubed ice and stir down lightly
3. Add to snifter over a large cube
4. Top with a dash of East Imperial Ginger Ale
5. Garnish with a lime coin
